The California 9/11 Memorial, Clovis
The 9/11 Run to Remember returns Saturday, September 5, 2026 at the California 9/11 Memorial in Clovis, the largest permanent 9/11 memorial outside of New York City. The 5K starts at 7:00 AM and a non-timed 1-mile walk follows at 7:05.
The Course and the Cause
The race honors the 2,977 people killed on September 11, 2001, including civilians, first responders, and military personnel. Both distances start and finish at the memorial at 3485 Never Forget Lane.
Registration
Entry for the 5K or the 1-mile walk is $41.75 including fees, and prices go up after July 20. A $55 virtual option covers runners who cannot make race morning.
Parking
Free parking is available directly across the street from the memorial.
A September morning race with more weight to it than most.
