The Youth Orchestras of Fresno holds placement auditions on August 16, 22, and 23 at its office at 2503 W Shaw Ave, Suite 103. Auditions sort musicians into one of three ensembles: the Youth Chamber Orchestra, the Youth Symphony Orchestra, or the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra.
Who Can Audition
The orchestras take musicians from age 5 through roughly 18, and hundreds of young players join each year. Applications and audition details are on the YOOF website.
