Fiesta 10K and Mile Run

The Fiesta 10K and Mile Run celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month at Woodward Park on Sunday, September 6, 2026. The Mile goes off at 6:45 AM, the 10K and 2-mile speed walk at 7:00, and kids races start at 8:30, including a 10-meter run for babies under one. Runners can enter the Mile and then the 10K back to back as the double run.

Race Details

The event is chip timed and entry includes a dri-fit shirt and a finisher medal. The 10K carries age-group awards, the Mile awards its top three men and women overall, and the Mile counts as a 30-point Central Valley Runner of the Year event. Entry is $45 for the 10K, Mile, or 2-mile walk and $25 for kids races. Prices increase after August 15.

More Than the Race

A live banda plays, folklorico dancers perform, and every participant gets tacos and aguas frescas at the finish. A dance competition, raffles, and games round out the morning.

Bib Pickup

Pick up bibs Saturday, September 5 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet Fresno, or race morning from 6:00 to 7:15 AM at the Shinzen Group Activity Area at Woodward Park.

One of the few Fresno races where the post-race party is as much the point as the finish line.
