Moravia Wines pours on the Hammond family's 400-acre vineyard near Biola, west of Fresno at 3620 N Bishop Ave. Tastings run $10 a person on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 PM, free for wine-club members, and the seated On Cloud Wine experience runs $65. The name comes from the SS Moravia, the ship that carried the family's Danish ancestor to America in 1885; the heritage is Danish, not Czech. Reserve ahead for groups of six or more.
