The William Saroyan Theatre at 730 M St is downtown Fresno's main performing arts stage, with 2,351 continental-style seats and the name of the city's Pulitzer-winning author on the door. The Fresno Philharmonic's holiday concert, Fresno Grand Opera, and Broadway in Fresno all play here. New management took over the Convention Center campus in January 2026, following a renovation that rebuilt the lobby and dressing rooms. Box office runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11 AM to 4 PM.
