About

The Fresno County Blossom Trail is a self-guided drive of about 62 miles through the orchards southeast of Fresno, at its best from mid-February to mid-March. Almond, plum, apricot, peach, nectarine, and citrus blossoms come in waves along country roads through Sanger, Reedley, and Kingsburg. The route dates to 1988, and the traditional starting point is Simonian Farms at Clovis and Jensen, where you can pick up the map; Visit Fresno County publishes it online too. Orchards are private property, so shoot photos from the shoulder. The Kings River Blossom Trail Bike Ride runs during the season.
